1. Why don’t I need to enter a shipping address when purchasing?

When purchasing items on TNT SPACE,
you do not need to enter a shipping address during checkout.

After a successful purchase, your items will be stored in your Backpack first.
You can later select multiple items and submit them together for shipment.

Items obtained through:

  • Direct purchases
  • Event rewards
  • Exchanges or redemption activities
  • Promotional campaigns

will also be stored in your Backpack before shipment.

This system allows you to:

  • Combine multiple orders into one shipment
  • Save on international shipping fees
  • Manage your collection more flexibly


2. How is shipping calculated when submitting shipment from the Backpack?

When you submit shipment from your Backpack, the shipping fee is automatically calculated based on factors such as:

  • Product weight
  • Package size and volume
  • Destination country or region
  • Number of items
  • Shipping method

When submitting shipment, you will need to:

  1. Select the items you want to ship
  2. Enter or choose your shipping address
  3. Pay the shipping fee (if applicable)

The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment confirmation.



3. Can I get free shipping when shipping multiple items together?

Yes.

When you submit multiple items in one shipment,
you may qualify for free shipping if the total paid amount reaches the required threshold.

In most cases:

  • Orders over USD $60 qualify for free shipping
  • Free shipping thresholds may vary depending on the country or region
  • The actual free shipping policy shown at checkout will apply


4. How does the “Free Shipping Item” benefit work?

Some products are marked with a Free Shipping label.

When submitting multiple items together:

  • As long as the shipment contains at least one Free Shipping item
  • The entire shipment may qualify for free shipping

5. Will items stay in my Backpack forever?

No.

To maintain warehouse storage operations,
items in the Backpack can only be stored for up to 30 days.

If an item remains unshipped for more than 30 days:

  • The item may be automatically recycled by the system
  • 30% of the paid amount will be deducted as warehouse storage fees
  • The remaining 70% will be refunded to the original payment method

Please make sure to submit shipment in time to avoid automatic recycling.



6. Why can’t I submit shipment for my order?

Some countries or regions may temporarily be unavailable for shipment due to:

  • Product restrictions
  • Shipping carrier limitations
  • Delivery address restrictions
  • Local customs policies
